Invader Jimmy is a game where you play as an alien protagonist named Jimmy. His goal is to protect Earth from evil invading aliens.

There are plenty of enemies to fight... and maybe even a boss battle at the end :)

Keep in mind that this is a game jam project, so it isn't going to be perfect.

Even so, I hope you enjoy it! I put a lot of time and effort into making this game, and I created it both for fun and as a tribute to the series I really love, Invader Zim :)

Red Ship:
Just shoot it with your laser.

Yellow Ship:
It's the same as the Red Ship, but it's faster and weaker. If you see a warning, immediately go there and get ready to shoot it.

TNT:
Your laser won't do anything to TNT, but your shield can block it if you use it at the right time.

Boss Fight - Phase 1

In the first phase, the boss will either shoot a laser at you or charge toward you, depending on its eye color.

Yellow Eyes:
If the boss shoots a laser at you, use your shield to block it.

Blue Eyes:
If the boss charges toward you, move away immediately! Your shield cannot block this attack.

Boss Fight - Phase 2

In Phase 2, the boss uses the same Yellow Eyes and Blue Eyes attacks, but they are faster and more difficult. It also gains two new attacks.

Red Eyes:
If you see the boss holding a weapon and a warning points toward you, move away immediately! Otherwise, you'll take a lot of damage. Just like the Blue Eyes attack, your shield cannot block it.

Brown Eyes:
The boss throws a giant rock at you. Destroy the rock as quickly as possible! If you don't, you'll take a lot of damage.
