An unknown secret scientific experiment, the "AX-133 code ~RaKoulTex~" project goes wrong and an explosion creates a vortex from which spheres of energy escape into the atmosphere, these spheres of unknown origin contain enough energy to do great damage if they were to explode on contact with something, a complex is built around the vortex to try to contain the spheres and try to control the vortex.
