Help Adventure Girl to collect all the coins and eggs along her way. Avoid the enemies, use your weapon and bonuses to reach the finish area safely. You can jump on birds to eliminate them, but not all enemies can be jumped on, for example the dinos! Are you ready to help Adventure Girl in her journey?

Time for a space shooter. As usual, save the earth before the aliens take over. On desktop click around the space ship to move it. The space ship can move to wherever you are currently clicking. Laser fire is enabled automatically whenever an enemy is above you. You can also use a keyboard (WASD/ARROW) or a gamepad to move your ship. Collect the rockets along your way and fire them by pressing SPACE or J/K/LeftCTRL. On touch screen devices use the on-screen joystick to move your ship and the blue button to fire rockets. Keep an eye on your red health bar in the upper left corner. Whenever you are hit, your health decreases (and your score) more or less, depending on your damage. Adjust music and sound FX to your liking. Everything can be muted. Can you beat all alien invaders?

Press LEFT or RIGHT arrow to move, UP arrow to jump. On desktop you can also use WAD keys or a gamepad. Start the game by touching/clicking the Play button. On desktop you can also start by pressing the D key, or pressing START on a gamepad. You even can play the game with a girl character instead of Jungle Jim. In order to do this, just press G on the title screen, and then the D key.

This is a basic platformer game. Jump and run, climb ladders, and collect as many coins and diamonds as you can! Avoid the lava, spikes, and other hazards on your way. Jump on enemies to defeat them, at least 3, 4, or 5 times! However, in EASY MODE you have to jump on enemies only once. Stone monsters traversing the lava can bear 10 stomp attacks before they die (HARD MODE: 5). Please note that you can save scores only in HARD MODE. On a desktop machine use the ARROW/WASD keys to move and SPACE/K key to jump, you can also use a gamepad. On a touch screen device use the on-screen controls to do the same. However, I wouldn't play Lava Joe on a mobile phone. The virtual/multitouch joystick just doesn't feel right because there's no tactile feedback. What's more, Level 5 is really BIG and therefore extremely laggy on mobiles. But maybe it's better on a tablet. You can jump through many platforms from below. Whenever your player is standing on a jump-through platform, you can get your player down by pressing DOWN. There are only 6 levels, and you've got plenty of lives, so it shouldn't be too hard to complete all levels. Note that the player can climb up a ladder really fast when pressing the jump button.

Because GDevelop is mostly designed and tested for Chromium you get the BEST PERFORMANCE with chromium based browsers like GOOGLE CHROME or MICROSOFT EDGE.

I myself am a Firefox user and was shocked when I first tested my game in that browser. The framerate always dropped and gameplay didn't feel smooth and there were some weird issues with platforms that have the "Rectangular Movement" behaviour. And yes, WebGL was enabled in my browser. Then I switched to EDGE and everything was fine again: a mostly constant framerate of 60 FPS (even when changed to full screen) and gameplay felt like the GDevelop offline "Previews" on my laptop. By the way, there is a hidden frame counter in the game. Just press "F" on a desktop computer to display it.

Finally I found a way to play Lava Joe with 60 FPS in the Firefox browser on laptops with an integrated graphics card (in my case Intel UHD 620). Here's what I did: Go to the Windows POWER OPTIONS, click on EDIT PLAN SETTINGS, then CHANGE ADVANCED POWER SETTINGS. A small window pops up. Select INTEL GRAPHICS SETTINGS and change your power plan to MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE if your laptop is always plugged in. Unlike a BALANCED setting I did not experience any lagging anymore!

Anyway, hope you have some fun.

Version 1.0.0

 - First release.

Version 1.0.1

 - Final score divisible by 10 (level 4).

Version 1.0.2

 - Added CTRL button to toggle display of control buttons on touch screens.
 - Replaced touch screen buttons and reduced difficulty in level 4.

Version 1.0.3

 - Replaced multitouch joystick with multitouch buttons.

Version 1.0.4

- There are users out there with so-called "hybrid" devices, for example notebook users with touch screens. Often they decide to play a game not in mobile mode but desktop mode. That means they don't start a game by touching the "Play" button on their touch screens but rather by clicking on that button with their mouse (using the mouse pad). In that case they would be rather annoyed by the on-screen control buttons when a touch screen is detected. This version should hide all those buttons on hybrid devices when a user decides to play with mouse, keyboard, or gamepad.

Version 1.0.5

- Background music can now be permanently disabled.
- Removed a graphics glitch in level 5 mobile mode.

Version 1.1.5

- Easy mode added.

In this free jumping and running game, Desert Fox is running automatically and as the screen is moving forward you need to jump over the obstacles and collect as many stars as you can. So, you've got two objectives in this side-scrolling adventure game: avoid hitting obstacles and collect stars. There are 4 levels plus 4 bonus levels if you are able to collect all 100 stars in each level. The highest number of stars you can get in each bonus level is 50 so all in all you can get 4 x 100 + 4 x 50 = 600 stars.

Order all the numbers in the shortest time possible!
