Doom Scroll is a productivity app.
It is a tracker.
It’s not a guilt machine.

It’s a mirror.

In a world designed to drain you, Doom Scroll gives you one thing back:
awareness.

Your Energy is not a metaphor — it’s your truth.
Every tap is a choice.
Every choice is a signal.
Every signal is a step toward mastery.

You don’t need streaks.
You don’t need badges.
You don’t need fake rewards.

You need honesty.
You need presence.
You need a reason to stop scrolling and start living.

Doom Scroll is that reason.

Keep the Game open.
Answer honestly.
Break the cycle.
Raise your Energy.

Every time you check in on the app, choose your Activity:
- Scrolling
- Exercise (Remember an Exercise is anything that is not Scrolling)
Walking,
Stretching,
Working,
Creating,
Studying,
Thinking,
Reading,
Cooking,
Cleaning,
Building,
Existing with intention, and yes Exercise.
If it breaks the Scroll, it counts.

Your Energy Level adjusts based on your truth.

- Master your Energy. Break the Scroll.
- The game you play by living.
- Where honesty becomes power.
- Scroll less. Live more. Level up.
- Energy is earned, not imagined.
- Your life is the gameplay.
- Beat the feed.
- Every action counts — except scrolling.

When you sleep, turn off the app.
Turn it on, when you wake, begin again.
Every day is a new run.

There's efficiency in simplicity.
Where form meets function — and you meet yourself.
