As you dash for the relative safety of the ocean, you most avoid many hazards. Such as the claws of Ghost Crabs! The talons of vultures, and the jaws of ravenous foxes!
So be swift, nimble and avoid their jaws and claws!

Should there be even a slight whiff of demand for more levels ......I'll crack on with it.
This was made on a whim but I'd quite like to raise some funds for marine conservation with it - so more levels for donations!?

Guitarist Jack Slackley arrives late at the Pickled Squirrel pub, Leeds. You must find your band mates, defeat the rodent in the basement, and then play live in this action packed platform puzzler. A metroidvania that descends into Smash Bros style chaos!
It's sort of an attempt to cross Hollow Knight with Spinal Tap. With original sprites, songs and voice acting. 
This is the debut game from Dorkmouse Arcade and contains chapters 1 and 2 with number 3 in the pipeline. NOW WITH MOBILE SUPPORT!

Mac/ipad users......I'm currently converting the sound files to .aac.....so they'll play on ios. I've just done the songs....bare with me for the sound effects and dialogue as it'll take a while.

Guide Harriet the hare around a maze of paths, whilst avoiding predators such as foxes and lynx.
Play on a touch-screen/mouse or KEYS.
This is an arcade style game along lines of Pac Man with a 'no going back' or 'look before you leap' game mechanic.
Create and publish your own levels that are even more unneccessarily difficult and devious than the levels on offer!

Pet Limpet (formerly Dorkmouse) presents a new metroidvania with original art and music.
Guide service droid FO48 around an abandoned research station, and recover the 48 production orbs, whilst eliminating copious organic foe.
this game is much easier with keys than touch! It's a reasonably tricky platformer with a few puzzles to solve in order to progress. I didn't want there to be a tutorial - but make sure you use air jumps and attach the switch to the elevator. Killing foe can open doors. Oh, and hold down to get your blade back!
Devlog - I'm wondering what to do next. This is getting played but ive had very little feedback on it - just two, one good, and one bad, and so ill probably move on to other projects. I was working on a proceedurally generated version, and i might do that but change graphics etc. This started life as an experiment to see whether i could create a map that loads objects from external layouts and deletes them again once you're gone - which works - There are creatures that i've not included in this demo but if its getting no love then I've got lots of game ideas to aim my brain at - and so might move on.
Keys are wasd j and k and space to jump - change them on the home page.
