Chess is one of the oldest games, and although the market may seem oversaturated with different variations, it continues to be used by AAA studios in the form of Easter minigames (such as It Takes Two), and indie developers are breathing new life into chess by creating so-called Chess 2.0 (such as FPS Chess).

3D chess with a customizable AI whose elo can reach 2000 and runs locally. There's also a multiplayer mode for challenging a random player or a friend who can be invited directly to your match via an invite link.

The template also includes several useful extensions, such as MultiplayerHelperExtension, which lets you create public and private lobbies without having to select them from a list, and ConfettiExtension, for creating high-quality and realistic confetti.
